Basic ingredients
4 bananas
grated rind and juice of 1 orange
2 tbsp dark rum
50g brown sugar
30g butter
Steps:
1. Peel and slice the bananas (thick slices) and place in a heat proof serving dish
2. Pour the orange juice and rum over the sliced bananas then sprinkle with the sugar and grated rind of the orange

<p>Steps:</p>
<p>1. Peel and slice the bananas (thick slices) and place in a heat proof serving dish</p>
<p>2. Pour the orange juice and rum over the sliced bananas then sprinkle with the sugar and grated rind of the orange</p>
<p>3. Cut the butter into small cubes and place on top of the bananas</p>
<p>4. Cover with foil and place in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for 15 mins</p>
<p>5. Serve warm with fresh cream or vanilla ice cream</p>
